How do I know if my Stührling watch is authentic?
Every authentic Stührling timepiece is shipped in our signature branded packaging and includes a certificate of authenticity along with a unique serial number engraved on the case back.
What is your international shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days for express shipping and 7 to 14 business days for standard international shipping.
How do I care for my automatic movement watch?
Automatic watches are powered by the movement of your wrist. If not worn for 24-48 hours, we recommend manually winding the crown 20-30 times to ensure the power reserve is full.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn timepieces in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange process.
Are Stührling watches water-resistant?
Yes, most of our models are water-resistant ranging from 3ATM (30 meters) to 20ATM (200 meters). Please check the specific product specifications for your model's depth rating.
What does the Stührling warranty cover?
Our international warranty covers the internal watch movement for two years from the date of purchase. It does not cover 'wear and tear' to the case, strap, or crystal.
